Responsibilities
  • Partner with account stakeholders, cross-divisional sales teams, and cross-functional teams to drive account productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead Tier 1 huddles and, as needed, hospital huddles.
  • Direct and guide the day-to-day functions of the team to ensure operating room efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage charge sheets and billing for the account.
  • Apply feedback and metrics to propose process improvements that improve customer satisfaction and the company’s impact on the account.
  • Provide in-service training at the customer’s request.
  • Support and guide senior specialists in identifying and creating Kaizen sheets for continuous improvement.
  • Onboard new employees.
  • Manage and coordinate company and customer onboarding and compliance requirements for the team and account.
  • Manage Joint Commission requirements for the team and account.
  • Facilitate and lead team-building activities.
  • Allocate work as a team leader and check quality and completion.
  • Attend and participate in continuing education webinars throughout the year.
  • Partner with the associate supervisor, supervisor, operations assistant, and training team to onboard new hires.
  • Assist with writing and delivering corrective actions and common annual reviews.
  • Serve as a resource for the team and drive day-to-day engagement, performance, and activities.
  • Lead program management activities within the account.
  • Ensure the quality of tasks, services, and information provided by the employee and others.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the team account and communicate account information to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Provide ideas to refine tools or processes and provide implementation and coverage support when practical.
  • Partner with other team leads across the nation to drive standardization and continuous improvement across regional lines.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree, associate's degree, or equivalent certifications is preferred.
  • Experience with Stryker products is required for the training function.

Stryker's joint-replacement moat edges Intuitive's premium valuation despite Q1 cyberattack
