- 1-3+ years Account Management experience
- Consistent, demonstrable record of achieving quota / objectives

Responsibilities
- Own and manage a book of business
- Ensure clients are happy and no hurdles exist to ensure renewal
- Upsell and cross-sells; prospect into current accounts to find additional product opportunities
- Build relationships between customers and support team
- Demonstrate ability to earn business by conveying the value props of Filevine
- Be proficient using a CRM to manage your pipeline
- Be willing to learn Filevine sales process, and leverage it to manage your business, and increase your effectiveness as an Account Manager
- Develop sales strategies to increase client pipeline
- Consistently meet / exceed sales quotas within predetermined time frame
- Report on activity and performance metrics
