About this role:
We’re helping BAT build a better tomorrow and shift their business away from cigarettes towards healthier alternatives. You’ll be responsible for running a key product launch for glo (a Tobacco Heated Product from BAT). It will be a truly integrated role – delivering advertising, digital and activation activity as a single multi-market toolkit.
Working alongside and collaborating with, other talented creative, strategic, and brilliant makers / creators to deliver creative and commercially smart solutions. You’ll be responsible for the creative work, the day-to-day engagement with the client and the WPP team, and managing the internal team to deliver solutions that benefit both the client and the agency.
You’ll work with both our advertising and PR&I teams to realise the final product ready to be launched across multiple markets globally. The clients are based just over the river in London, so the role really suits account people who like to get in a room with clients and help them realise their objectives.
A bit about you:
We’re looking for someone who’s got great energy, a passion for getting things done and a natural leader. You’ll enjoy working with multiple stakeholders (Ogilvy, WPP as well as client), engaging with partner agencies and helping clients navigate their own internal processes. Previous category experience isn’t necessary but experience in working on complex or highly regulated categories is a benefit.
Commercially and operationally savvy you’ll see manage the project to be delivered on time as well as setting high standards across all aspects of the account.
Experience:
1. Globally competent and can do multichannel campaigns.
2. Is good with production – they’ll be a shoot and the clients are all over production
3. Used to working on fast paced accounts
4. Is a good diplomat and negotiator
