  • 7+ years legal experience, with at least 5 years managing high-volume in-house litigation and regulatory matters
Responsibilities
  • Counsel across a broad range of litigation and regulatory matters, including intellectual property and commercial disputes and litigation as well as regulatory investigations and enforcement actions
  • Manage and collaborate with outside counsel across all stages of litigation, from discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations
  • Stay up to date on relevant laws, regulations, industry trends, and disseminate to key stakeholders these developments and their implications to Anthropic’s mission and business
  • Develop internal processes, policies, and tools to support litigation and regulatory matters efficiently and at scale
  • Work with cross-functional teams to collect pertinent information, evaluate risk, and formulate legal approaches to resolve disputes
