  • Top Secret clearance level with the ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)
  • Related technical skills: Avaya Modern and Legacy Telephony Systems, MS TEAMs Application, Managed Secure Telephony Platform (MSTP) - Cloud Based Telephony System Administration, Cisco platform familiarization (Administration and Maintenance), Microsoft TAC familiarization, Power Bi Report Generation
Responsibilities
  • Performs site surveys to support VoIP platforms, MS TEAMS deployment, AVAYA legacy, Nortel Legacy, Analog, Digital and Pots line technologies
  • Administers and troubleshoots Avaya modern and legacy platforms, Cloud Based Phone Systems; MSTP (Managed Secure Telephony Platform) systems, Nortel legacy, Analog, Digital and Pots line technologies
  • Identifies equipment needed for deployment to support all lines of service
  • Updates trackers as required for proper configuration and installations of core system components and end points
  • Installs, tests, documents, and trains of newly installed solution
  • Identifies potential problems and responding quickly to mitigate any impact on system performance
  • Assists with asset accountability and UC system baseline, to include inventory tracking
  • Assists with all aspects of UC Operations and Maintenance tasks, while ensuring installation and maintenance standards are met
