- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Broadcasting, or other related field from an accredited university. Four additional years of relevant experience to that required above, may substitute for the college degree.
- Minimum of four (4) years relevant experience operating a VTC in the Defense Commercial Telecommunications Network (DCTN) community or equivalent, (preferably with two years of experience using the Defense Information Systems Network (DISN) Video Services II.)
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Physical Demands: Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
- Physical Demands: Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
- SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently have an active Secret clearance.
- Provide VI products and services and training of staff.
- Provide advice and assistance on current VI materials, methods, equipment and facilities available to Government users.
