Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field
  • Proven 3+ years experience in global B2B social media management, global community management and global online event management
  • Experience in conceptualising and executing B2B social media content strategies to increase followers, improve engagement and generate business leads
  • Demonstrable success in building and engaging online communities (e.g. Social Media Communities, Discourse Community, Reddit Community, etc)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, amplification strategies, latest B2B trends, and in-depth analytics (Hootsuite, Hootsuite Amplify)
  • Experience with B2B influencer marketing campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Creative thinker with a proactive and collaborative approach
  • Experience with virtual event platforms is a plus
  • Pleasing personality with very good interpersonal skills (online + offline)
Responsibilities
  • Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, generate business leads and support community growth. Manage all key social media channels in terms of Social Media Calendar, posting content, engagement management and performance reporting.
  • Community Building & Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to build, grow, and engage a vibrant online community, fostering a sense of belonging and loyalty thriving with knowledge sharing and networking opportunities.
  • Content Curation & Moderation: Curate and create engaging content relevant to the community, and actively moderate discussions to ensure a positive and constructive environment.
  • Online Event Management: Plan, organize, promote, and execute online events (e.g., webinars, workshops, virtual conferences). Manage all aspects from concept to post-event analysis including speaker coordination, audience invitations, audience engagement, event management, and more.
  • Influencer Marketing/ KOL Collaborations: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with key industry influencers to amplify our message, expand reach, and drive community participation.
  • Speaker Coordination: Liaise with speakers for both online and offline events, managing schedules, content requirements, and logistics.
  • Market Analysis & GTM Strategy: Analyze market trends and community insights to identify new market opportunities. Develop and implement Go-To-Market strategies specifically tailored for online events marketing.
  • Feedback & Reporting: Collect and analyze community feedback, providing insights to internal teams for product/service improvement. Report on community growth, engagement metrics, and event performance.
  • Brand Advocacy: Cultivate brand advocates within the community and empower them to promote our initiatives.
