- Commercial training in the real-estate sector, such as training as a real-estate clerk, or several years of experience in the real-estate industry.
- Bookkeeping experience and knowledge of operating-cost law.
- Basic knowledge of SAP, Yardi, IMS, REALAX, and iX-Haus is desirable.
- Fluent German language skills are required.
- Independently prepare operating-cost and heating-cost statements for complex residential and commercial properties.
- Support Property Management with recording and reviewing provisions in rental agreements.
- Take responsibility for accurate and causation-based cost allocation.
- Process and answer inquiries about operating-cost and heating-cost statements, including incoming objections.
- Support the maintenance of billing-relevant master data in various management systems.
- Prepare heating-cost and user data for metering service companies.
- Support the preparation of seller and cut-off-date statements during changes of ownership or property manager.
