- Candidates should be able to diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft Windows operating system problem tickets
- Configure and install common applications
- Install and remove desktop personal computers and monitors
- Must have good verbal and written skills, as well as ability to interact positively with clients
- Must be experienced in deskside support, remote CTS Support, SCCM, Windows, Incident, IMAC, VDI, SW/Break/fix, IMAC, Ability to solve tickets remotely, work with SCCD
- Break/Fix troubleshooting experience in larger corporate environments
- Remote take-over skills a plus
- Leader type and a well-diversified Deskside Technician
- Document procedures well (organized)
- Provide deskside support and remote CTS support and other IT support duties as required
- Diagnose and remediate complex Microsoft Windows operating system problem tickets
- Configure and install common applications
- Install and remove desktop personal computers and monitors
- Perform break/fix troubleshooting in larger corporate environments and IMAC activities
- Provide remote ticket resolution and remote access take-over as needed
- Utilize SCCM in Windows and VDI environments
- Document procedures and maintain organized documentation
- Interact with clients and demonstrate leadership in field
