Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Education; Instructional Design; Organizational Development; Human Resources or related fields from an accredited university with expected graduation dates of December 2026 or May 2027
  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA is required
  • Proficient in MS Office Programs (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of adult learning theory; instructional design (e.g. ADDIE, SAM)
  • Strong collaborative, innovative, problem solving, organizational, and communication skills are required
  • Relevant internship and experience is a plus, as is experience in a leadership position at work or within a campus organization
Responsibilities
  • Understand how to apply design frameworks to design effective learning experiences.
  • Understand how to conduct needs assessments to identify learner needs, goals, and gaps. Learn how to gather and analyze data to inform course design.
  • Develop skills in creating learning materials, including writing clear instructional content and creating storyboards for course modules.
  • Learn how to use authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva to create interactive and engaging digital learning content.
  • Learn how to design formative and summative assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
