We’re seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our internal marketing team. This new role is based in our Brooklyn office and will work with our global team. They will be an instrumental part of our marketing team, directly contributing to the company’s success through planning and executing a range of strategic marketing initiatives.
The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will plan and execute client-centric marketing journeys designed to generate new leads and new business for Work & Co. They will also lead our approach to marketing automation across inbound and outbound, working closely with our MD of Growth Marketing to establish an automation strategy, build best practices, and implement marketing initiatives that put our clients at the center.
This person will be at the forefront of owning the client acquisition funnel for Work & Co by creating, launching, and refining marketing campaigns that resonate with potential prospects and seamlessly transition them into valuable leads. They will collaborate closely with cross-discipline subject matter experts in content creation & design, playing a pivotal role in crafting captivating narratives for each journey. They will provide support in identifying, shaping and strategizing the customers we want to have.
What You Will Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize marketing journeys (customer-centered campaigns) designed to generate leads and convert them to new business.
- Create and implement digital marketing automation strategies to increase leads, improve journeys, and create more personalized ways to engage with our clients.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and subject matter experts to develop compelling and effective content for all channels.
- Use analytics and A/B testing to prioritize, test, and evaluate and optimize channels and content.
- Create frameworks and processes for end-to-end marketing journey management.
- Work cross-functionally with our Growth, Marketing, and Capabilities teams.
- Collaborate on strategic plans for Work & Co’s growth.
- Point person for managing Work & Co’s marketing automation software.
We Are Looking For
- Minimum 5+ years proven work experience
- Experience with a range of B2B marketing channels
- Experience in managing paid media
- Familiarity with Hubspot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics. Hubspot certification is ideal
- Working knowledge of AI in marketing
- An entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills. Ability to extract insights from data
- Strong communicator, including written and verbal presentation skills
- Organized, analytical, and can troubleshoot and research to unblock technical issues
- Other attributes: Resourceful, results-driven, quality-obsessed, attentive to detail
The starting base pay for the Senior Growth Marketing Manager role is between $100,000 and $130,000. The actual annual salary is dependent upon many factors, such as: experience, knowledge, skills, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Along with competitive pay, full-time employees are eligible for full benefits.
