Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with active Ohio license.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process.
- Accurately complete and submit MDS assessments within required timelines.
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Monitor care plans and provide input for ongoing improvement in resident outcomes.
- Maintain knowledge of current reimbursement and regulatory guidelines.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous MDS experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong clinical and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of state/federal guidelines and reimbursement practices a plus.
