Architectural Designer 2 or Team Leader

Salary Range: 70000 to 125000 (Currency: USD) (Pay period: per-year-salary)

What You'll Be Doing:

Develop creative design solutions, coordination efforts, and production documents throughout all phases of design using sketching, 2D and 3D modeling, and computational design methods. 
Translate design concepts into coordinated, technically sound documentation that supports successful project delivery. 
Participate in client presentations and communicate design ideas clearly and confidently. 
Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and project teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. 
Coordinate BIM models and project documentation internally and with consulting teams. 
Participate in construction administration activities, site observations, and field verification alongside Project Architects and project leaders. 
Apply regenerative and sustainable design principles that positively impact the built, social, and natural environments. 
Research building materials, exterior systems, waterproofing strategies, wall assemblies, vertical circulation, and emerging technologies. 
Participate in code reviews and support technical compliance throughout the project lifecycle. 
Support site analysis, massing studies, programming, and space planning efforts. 
Coordinate with our Specifications team to ensure project quality and consistency. 
Produce high-quality work while taking ownership of assigned project responsibilities. 
Continue developing proficiency in Revit, BIM 360, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office while expanding your skills in Rhino, Enscape, Lumion, and other emerging visualization tools. 

What We Look For:

4+ years of professional architectural experience.  
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.  
Healthcare project experience is preferred.  
A strong interest in building a career designing healthcare environments is required.  
Experience contributing to projects through multiple phases of design and documentation.  
Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.  
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.  
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.  
Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to continuously improve your craft.  
A passion for learning, mentoring, and growing into greater project leadership responsibilities.  
Working toward architectural licensure is encouraged.
