Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end implementation for high-touch clients, including planning, setup, data migration, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients during the implementation phase, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform and addressing client needs effectively.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Provide hands-on support to clients for post-go-live needs, including troubleshooting issues, assisting with customizations, and coordinating solutions.
  • Conduct client training sessions for both administrators and end-users, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to use the HRIS and Payroll system effectively.
  • Create and maintain documentation for implementation processes, troubleshooting steps, and best practices. Continuously improve processes based on client feedback and implementation experiences.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure client feedback is communicated and improvements to the HRIS and Payroll systems are implemented effectively.
