Seekinga driven program leader to own and deliver complex Digital Controls engineering initiatives as a CIPT Project Leadfor the 777X platform, guiding cross-functional teams from strategy through execution. In this role,you’llshape program plans, align engineering and certification resources, navigate risk and recovery, and keep schedules, budgets, and stakeholders on track through clear, confident leadership. What You Will Do

Serve as the CIPT project lead ensuring disciplined executionand collaborationacross Digital Controls engineering teams.

Monitors project plans, schedules, and budgets for projects.Identifies, develops, and gathers necessary resources to ensure project completion.

Manages all aspects of an engineering project and program.

Works with Engineering Managers toallocateEngineering and Certification resources.

Drives strategic program planning and assigns tasks to ensure business targets are met.

Conducts IPD meetings and prepares reports to effectively communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.

Identifiesand reacts to complex project problems and recommends solutions, such as reallocating resources, andassistingresolution development.

Oversees and coordinates the administrative and operational aspects of ongoing projects within program guidelines.

Supports the preparation of external proposals, internal work statementquotationsand terms/conditions of contracts.

Reviews project and budget statusmanages schedules and prepares reports.

Monitors and assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals andobjectives.

Meets program schedules and budgets andmaintainsthe integrated master schedules for project(s).

Planning arbitration and adjudication across IPTs

Recovery planning and workaround facilitation

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience

Qualifications We Prefer

Product Life Cycle Knowledge including Systems, Hardware, Software, and Mechanical disciplines.

Experience working within DO-254 and DO-178 certification program(s), including Stages of Involvement (SOI) Audits under EASA or FAA

Experience working on NPI (New Product Introduction) projects.

Experience with resource loading,identifyingand resolving over-allocations and resource reporting in MS Project

Experience with cost and schedule integration, supported by a solid understanding of project management theory and concepts.

Experienceleading tothe development of complicated systems

Proficiencylevelskills with Microsoft Project and MS Excel

Strong written and verbal communication skills, solid computerproficiencywith the ability to quickly learn new tools and software, and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
