  • Ensure that social communities are actively managed, with customer queries answered swiftly and escalated where necessary
  • Actively contribute to team communications and marketing strategy during meetings
  • Create and proactively monitor a competitor landscape
  • Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as requested
  • Learn how to effectively manage social platforms & sustain an engaging narrative

Desired Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University; Preferably in a filed related to the internship you are applying for
  • Junior or Senior standing
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media strategy in a professional setting
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficient within social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & TikTok
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of the importance of messaging across all mediums
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
