  • Comfortable to giving effective presentations to and facilitate meeting with all levels of the organization
  • Learn fundamentals of Powertrain component manufacturing; engage with production, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams in daily operations
  • Assist in critical data management: stay abreast of business performance, help lead critical data reviews and drive reporting improvements
  • Support department budgeting and purchase management processes; help drive cost reduction improvement efforts for the department
  • Recommend and validate improvements to existing business operations and business processes
  • Support department-wide initiatives, project management, and communication
  • Drive cross-functional meeting governance: establish meeting structures, request/secure meeting materials to schedule, deliver materials in advance of meeting to optimize collaborative meeting time
