Requirements
  • A J.D. from a leading U.S. law school and an active member of the bar in good standing
  • At least 8 years of experience focused on M&A and/or capital markets transactions
  • Big law firm experience is required, and some prior in-house experience and experience with debt financings is preferred but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strategic problem solver with sound legal and business judgment
  • Proficient in drafting complex transactional agreements
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute on all M&A, strategic investments, debt financings, equity financings, and other corporate transactions globally
  • Draft and negotiate term sheets, purchase agreements, and other definitive and ancillary documents
  • Serve as the lead in-house attorney on acquisitions, investments, and financing transactions
  • Advise on and execute cash management activities and transactions
  • Lead global subsidiaries and structures in ~40 countries
  • Support treasury and corporate finance
  • Lead and manage 2 corporate legal team members
