Requirements
  • Must be fluent in French and based in one of the following countries: Germany, France, Belgium, Spain, or the United Kingdom; 100% remote role.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP and/or Siemens solution portfolio for MES/MOM (Camstar and/or Opcenter); Product Lifecycle Management (Teamcenter); SAP ATTP, MII/ME, EAM/IAM, DM/DMC.
  • Proven track record in enterprise software sales and account management across multiple industries.
  • Demonstrated success in both new business acquisition (hunting) and strategic account growth (farming).
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles with enterprise clients.
  • Experience representing companies at trade shows, events, and partner forums.
Responsibilities
  • Own responsibility for sales activities in Europe within the IndX GmbH Sales Team for Siemens solution-related opportunities.
  • Drive new lead generation (Land & Expand): Engage with inbound leads from SDR/Marketing.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities independently.
  • Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle (prospecting to closure).
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by detecting new opportunities across the portfolio.
  • Lead customer engagements through the full deal lifecycle until closure.
  • Serve as Key Account Manager for strategic clients: Build strong, trust-based relationships with major accounts; Execute account plans and contribute to overall Key Account Management strategy; Resolve client issues, understand key account needs, and translate them into revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver value and expand customer relationships.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key partners to generate new business.
  • Align closely with the IndX Global Siemens Partner Manager on campaigns, initiatives, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Represent IndX at industry events, trade shows, and partner/customer forums as both speaker and attendee to generate leads and build networks.
  • Work in close alignment with Sales, SDR, Marketing, and cross-domain teams to maximize impact and enable cross-selling/up-selling.
  • Share customer insights across IndX domains to enable integrated solutions.
  • Report sales activities, successes, and lessons learned to the Sales Director EMEA.
  • Contribute to the development of campaigns and bring forward innovative ideas to enhance customer engagement.
Desired Qualifications
  • Understanding of SAP technologies and integration with Siemens solutions (e.g., linking SAP ERP with Siemens Manufacturing solutions).
  • Experience developing and executing partner management plans.
  • Multilingual proficiency preferred (English required).
