FMS Security Manager

Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for a Senior FMS Security Manager supporting the Helicopter Program Office (HPO) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.  The HPO supports selected helicopter programs including the HH-60W Combat Rescue Helicopter (CRH) and the MH-139.  The HPO has a mission to rapidly deliver and field new and updated rotary wing aircraft.

Duties include, but not limited to: 

• Assist with the development and maintenance of time-phased, event-driven SCGs, Program Security Directives (PSDs), Technology Assessment and Control Plans (TA/CPs), and PPPs.

• Assist with the development and/or maintenance of the Physical Security requirements for USG facilities/organizations to include preparing all required documentation for secure facilities.

• Assist in the integration of U.S. export and technology control laws, DoD/Air Force policy and instructions, and other applicable guidance into program protection planning.

• Recommend changes to DoD, Air Force, and program security policy and instructions.

• Aid in ensuring proper filing of all records, files, documentation, and working papers in accordance with AF ERM.

• Assist in assisting/performing Security Inspections and Enhanced End Use Monitoring (EEUM) with Defense Security Cooperation Agency at various locations and countries outside of the U.S.

• Assist with writing/ co-developing and staffing for approval with the associated country an EEUM security plan.

• Submit all documentation in draft form to the Government upon request for endorsement and acceptance.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Clearance: Secret

Education & Years of Experience: 

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five years of which must be in the DoD
• OR, Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD
