Job Description
Our Client is looking for “In-Vitro Pharmacologist” with knowledge of “High Throughput Screening” and “Assay Development”
Job Summary-
· The Primary Pharmacology Group is actively supporting Cystic Fibrosis projects in developing assays, running subset screens, and external data management.
· Job responsibilities include performing routine tasks associated directly with the Cystic Fibrosis projects or indirectly in a capacity easing role to support these projects.
· The successful candidate will join a team of scientists focused on assay development and execution of primary and secondary plate-based assays for multiple therapeutic areas.
Qualifications
Qualification-
· Applicants must have demonstrated experience with de-novo assay development, optimization, and in vitro screening experience across a range of biochemical and cell-based functional formats as well as cell culture expertise.
· Experience with high-throughput screening techniques is advantageous and comfort with relevant software tools such as ABase, Spotfire and GraphPad Prism is preferred.
· The successful candidate will be excited by a role with high demands and should possess strong collaborative and communication skills.
· He/she should be adept at multi-tasking, integrating biology concepts from group discussions and the literature, and comfortable working in a team environment.
· 4-7 years of experience in Assays studies
· Experience in High Throughput Screening and plate based assay
