Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of successful sales management experience, preferably in Oncology or diagnostic laboratory businesses. At least three years of direct physician sales experience in Oncology or clinical diagnostics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Gmail, and Salesforce.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Clinical Oncology Specialists to achieve and surpass sales targets. Provide regular feedback, guidance, and support to maximize team potential and performance.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans and regional strategies to drive rapid product distribution and market penetration.
  • Educate and recruit Key Opinion Leaders within the Oncology and Pathology communities. Establish and maintain positive relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other key customer segments.
  • Spend significant time in the field with sales professionals, offering hands-on direction, coaching, and market insights to foster best practices and exceptional sales results.
  • Oversee budget allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources to meet sales goals. Coordinate with corporate support teams to align strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA/PHI privacy policies, General Policies and Procedures Compliance, and security training requirements.
