Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred
  • Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce preferred
  • Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Ability to work flexible weekends including evenings
  • Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
Responsibilities
  • Managing all incoming leads and opportunities from various sources, including MQLs (marketing qualified leads), events, emails, web form fills, and Samsung Experience Stores (SES)
  • Qualifying and nurturing leads from identification through close
  • Proactive campaign and outbound prospecting to identify and close new sales opportunities primarily through Samsung B2B direct channels (Samsung.com/business or SES)
  • Prospecting local SMBs for new opportunities
  • Hosting and participating in local events
  • Providing regular reports on sales activity and progress
  • Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information
  • Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Creating and maintaining all leads, opportunities and customer interactions in Salesforce.com
  • Developing and managing qualified pipeline (2.5X blended) to drive a healthy portfolio and accurate forecasting
  • Assisting SMB customers in the utilization of Samsung products and services that address specific business needs and solutions
  • Driving incremental revenue through effective lead qualification and sales methodology
  • Accountable for the development of monthly, quarterly, and annual business strategy and defined weekly/monthly sales attainment
  • Training SES store reps to generate new SMB leads
  • Staying informed about Samsung portfolio of products and services
