As you embark on your journey with us, you’ll be required to work on-site, especially during your training period of approximately 6 months, depending on your toolset mastery. Following your training, you’ll have the chance to define a hybrid "work from home" arrangement with your manager, with the understanding that continued on-site presence will be essential. Full-time remote work is not available for this role.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
Pursuing a BS degree in the fields that are powering the future, including Electrical Engineering, Photonics, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Optoelectronics, Optics, Physics, Material Science, or a related engineering discipline.
Hands-on experience with Python, MS Office, Power BI, or Statistical Analysis for at least 3 months.
Proven ability with design of experiment (DOE) techniques.
Academic excellence with a maintained minimum 3.0 GPA.
Preferred Qualifications:
Insight into substrate manufacturing that sets you apart.
A passion for programming, particularly Python.
Experience in the realms of photonics, optoelectronics, optical transceiver components, semiconductor or device physics.
Acumen for failure analysis techniques.
