  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of content and its impact on user engagement and business goals
  • Manage and optimise content resource and workflow, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and coherence of content across products and channels
  • Work with key stakeholders to understand their needs and shape content to meet them
