- Eight or more years of finance and accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills with knowledge of VLOOKUP's, sum ifs, and pivot tables
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Skillful problem solving, resourcefulness, and attention to detail
- Strong quantitative analytical skills, familiarity with data analysis and database tools
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Strong relationship and customer management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365

- Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of systems, procedures and policies, including accounts payable functions, to ensure adherence to company guidelines
- Manage monthly closing and posting of month end information, review of allocations and ensure accuracy of financial statement information provided
- Manage the preparation of information reporting on Form 1099 and 1042 returns
- Manage the vendor payments process, proactively resolve issues before they escalate, research, analyze, and resolve complex payment and vendor issues and ensure payment failures are identified and resolved
- Play a significant role in internal and tax audits
- Assist in the preparation and development of various reports including those related to audits, compliance, and analysis
- Partner with FP&A and Corporate Accounting on managing cash flow actual data vs. forecasts
- Create and maintain log/tracking tools to monitor status of various processes
- Assist in managing VAO system workflows and in implementing tech innovation projects
- Assist in the managing and processing of new suppliers and supplier changes in accordance with Firm policy
- Manage the T&E process, audits, payments, and questions
