Requirements
  • Eight or more years of finance and accounting experience
  • Advanced Excel skills with knowledge of VLOOKUP's, sum ifs, and pivot tables
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Skillful problem solving, resourcefulness, and attention to detail
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills, familiarity with data analysis and database tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of systems, procedures and policies, including accounts payable functions, to ensure adherence to company guidelines
  • Manage monthly closing and posting of month end information, review of allocations and ensure accuracy of financial statement information provided
  • Manage the preparation of information reporting on Form 1099 and 1042 returns
  • Manage the vendor payments process, proactively resolve issues before they escalate, research, analyze, and resolve complex payment and vendor issues and ensure payment failures are identified and resolved
  • Play a significant role in internal and tax audits
  • Assist in the preparation and development of various reports including those related to audits, compliance, and analysis
  • Partner with FP&A and Corporate Accounting on managing cash flow actual data vs. forecasts
  • Create and maintain log/tracking tools to monitor status of various processes
  • Assist in managing VAO system workflows and in implementing tech innovation projects
  • Assist in the managing and processing of new suppliers and supplier changes in accordance with Firm policy
  • Manage the T&E process, audits, payments, and questions
