The Vice President, Compliance will be responsible forleading the ethics and compliance program and driving key ethics and compliance initiatives, including policies and procedures, training and communications, investigations, third party diligence screening, trade compliance program, data privacy program, and compliance program evaluations and risk assessments. This role involves close coordination and collaboration with membersof the Executive Leadership Team and other senior leadership, as well as members of the Legal team, Internal Audit, Finance, Digital, Integrated Supply Chain and Human Resources. This position will report to the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, be a member of the Legal and Compliance leadership team, and present to the Board of Directors. The position is based in St Louis Park, Minnesota.
