Requirements
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience — preferably in a performance marketing role at a growing SaaS or commercial real estate organization
  • Foundational knowledge and passion for inbound, outbound, and ABM marketing strategies
  • Experience with marketing automation and distribution tools like Marketo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and AdWords
  • Proven experience with co-creating external-facing marketing content
  • Experience producing marketing content that speaks to prospect/customers pain points and highlights product offerings value proposition
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience collaborating across departments and working in an energizing environment
  • Experience managing budgets and ability to balance multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience with commercial real estate is a strong plus, but not required
Responsibilities
  • Support quarterly and annual growth campaign plans to drive new leads and engagement within our target audiences.
  • Create and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (content marketing, webinars, campaigns, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and more).
  • Optimize the lead nurturing process to progress sales opportunities along the funnel, improve conversion rates, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Identify, recommend, and pursue new tactics to reach specific target markets in partnership with marketing and sales teams.
  • Conduct campaign A/B tests, analyze campaign performance, and identify areas for improvement.
