Requirements
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
  • 5+ years of ad-tech experience
  • Experience cultivating and maintaining relationships with external partners
  • 10+ years of work experience with at least 7 years in Product Management
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure success
  • Proven ability to collaborate with GTM and technical teams and manage projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep understanding of Adtech ecosystem concepts, e.g., RTB bidding, supply partners (Exchanges, Mediation, etc.), SDK, Attribution, and/or MMPs
  • Ability to articulate, influence, and drive Moloco's requirements for key ecosystem/industry partners
  • Proven record of driving a company's vision with partners
Responsibilities
  • Lead and define/refine product roadmap, product requirements, and customer value propositions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive rapid and high-quality product development and impactful business outcomes
  • Synthesize large amounts of internal and external data from multiple sources to derive product insights, informing product strategy and operations
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day internal/external operational roadblocks
  • Work closely with supply (Exchange, SDK) and partnership teams
  • Represent Moloco’s vision with the ad tech industry
