Product
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- 5+ years of ad-tech experience
- Experience cultivating and maintaining relationships with external partners
- 10+ years of work experience with at least 7 years in Product Management
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure success
- Proven ability to collaborate with GTM and technical teams and manage projects in a fast-paced environment
- Deep understanding of Adtech ecosystem concepts, e.g., RTB bidding, supply partners (Exchanges, Mediation, etc.), SDK, Attribution, and/or MMPs
- Ability to articulate, influence, and drive Moloco's requirements for key ecosystem/industry partners
- Proven record of driving a company's vision with partners
Responsibilities
- Lead and define/refine product roadmap, product requirements, and customer value propositions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive rapid and high-quality product development and impactful business outcomes
- Synthesize large amounts of internal and external data from multiple sources to derive product insights, informing product strategy and operations
- Troubleshoot day-to-day internal/external operational roadblocks
- Work closely with supply (Exchange, SDK) and partnership teams
- Represent Moloco’s vision with the ad tech industry
