Requirements
  • At least five years of project management experience leading large, complex information technology projects and managing technical staff, with direct contract delivery responsibility.
  • At least three years of experience leading Salesforce projects and/or Centers of Excellence in a client-facing role.
  • At least three years of experience as a Salesforce Developer performing declarative and programmatic development using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
  • At least three years of experience performing deployments and working with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines in Salesforce, using GitHub as source control.
  • At least one year of experience providing complex cost allocations, chargebacks, and reporting, including cloud consumption, licensing, and labor.
  • Must be a United States citizen or permanent resident.
  • Ability to obtain a federal government public trust clearance.
  • Must reside in and perform the work within the United States.
  • Availability during U.S. Eastern Time hours from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET.
Responsibilities
  • Manage overall Salesforce Digital Transformation Center operations and service delivery.
  • Manage technical staff consisting of Salesforce administrators, architects, and security specialists.
  • Lead daily client status calls, daily team standups, weekly and bi-weekly tenant-customer calls, monthly Chief Information Officer reviews, and other operational calls.
  • Assist the client with management of the customer presales pipeline, including Salesforce use-case qualification, functional requirements discovery, and preparation and presentation of high-level solution recommendations and rough-order-of-magnitude estimates.
  • Manage onboarding of new customer project teams onto the platform.
  • Manage the release calendar and coordinate Center of Excellence actions for customer application deployments.
  • Manage daily operations and maintenance support activities.
  • Manage license inventory, allocations, and renewals.
  • Manage platform authorization-to-operate renewal assessments and mid-year changes.
  • Co-lead customer technical design reviews with Salesforce architects.
  • Write policy and procedure documentation based on Salesforce best practices and manage the governance library.
  • Recommend and lead implementation of enhancements to Center of Excellence operations and toolsets.
  • Prepare and present monthly status reports covering team performance, deliverables, schedule, financials, and service-level agreement attainment.
Desired Qualifications
  • Active Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform Developer certifications, with a Trailblazer profile link.
  • Active Salesforce Consultant and/or Architect certifications, with a Trailblazer profile link.
  • Experience with enterprise data governance and cloud-based data warehousing technologies and/or Salesforce Data 360.
  • Technical understanding of MuleSoft capabilities and API-based integrations.
  • Background writing or analyzing Apex, Lightning Web Components, YAML, and other coding languages common in enterprise Salesforce environments, MuleSoft, and pipeline management.
  • Three years of providing Salesforce consultation to clients regarding Salesforce fit analysis, mapping customer requirements to platform capabilities, and high-level solution architecture.
  • Understanding of OmniStudio, its components, and the use cases it supports.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce core CRM licenses, including Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, and CRM Analytics, including the difference between ordering and provisioning them.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange utilities and peripheral services such as DocuSign and Own.
  • Basic understanding of supporting services such as multifactor authentication, single sign-on, networking, and encryption.
  • Experience providing complex cost allocations, chargebacks, and reporting for cloud consumption, licensing, and labor.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to produce polished, well-organized written deliverables.
