Requirements
  • More than 3 years of software testing experience, including significant experience with Salesforce applications such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • More than 2 years of experience with automated functional testing tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, including a deep understanding of the Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
  • Experience with Postman for API testing, particularly Salesforce REST and Bulk APIs.
  • Experience with Xray or a similar test management tool natively integrated with Jira.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, frequent delivery cycles, and Salesforce deployment processes such as Salesforce DX, Copado, Flosum, or standard CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Git, familiarity with SOQL, and a basic understanding of Apex.
Responsibilities
  • Review manual test cases for Salesforce customizations, including Lightning Web Components, Apex triggers, Flows, and declarative changes, and advise the project team on their automation potential.
  • Support, maintain, and optimize test automation activities during iterative development, system testing, and regression testing for various Salesforce releases.
  • Analyze user stories and functional requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage of standard and custom Salesforce objects.
  • Contribute to manual testing by executing test cases and scripts for features under development using test management tools.
  • Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios or scripts in accordance with established QA standards and methodologies, including rigorous test data management strategies.
  • Set up, configure, and administer Salesforce test environments, including Sandboxes and Scratch Orgs.
  • Participate in the development, deployment, and administration of QA processes and tools, as well as CI/CD technologies within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Design, create, and execute automation scripts with Playwright or other tools adapted to Salesforce Lightning interfaces, dynamic identifiers, and Shadow DOM components.
Desired Qualifications
  • Playwright experience, particularly expertise in overcoming common Salesforce automation challenges.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science.
