  • 5-10 years’ experience in software compliance management
  • ITIL Foundations Certificate and experience in multicultural environment
  • Familiarity with asset management software and/or inventory tracking systems, such as Flexera, ServiceNow (with SAM\SaaS modules), Zylo, Productiv... etc.
  • Expert in reconciliation, matching, comparison and manual data reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with contract/agreement review and accurate interpretation.
  • Familiarity with software vendors and their products, including Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, Atlassian, Zoom, Miro...
  • Understanding licensing, Terms and Conditions, End User License Agreements, Provisions for Use Rights, vendor changes.
  • Basic understanding of FinOps (Cloud), Software as a Service, Artificial Intelligence management.
  • Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, partners, and customers
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, communication, and relationship skills for delivering a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
  • Experience to track and ensure to manage complete life cycle of Software assets for the organization.
  • Identify, document, and report license compliance issues and recommend solutions for a fix.
  • Maintain the accuracy of the data in the Asset Management System according to Service Level Agreements and responsible to Maintain, update, track and report on all assets
  • Working closely with the various IT groups responsible for various IT Assets.
  • Maintain software standards, validate product lists and maintenance contracts within the asset management database. Coordinate software license and maintenance agreement reviews.

Hitachi Digital Services launches Manufacturing Operations Management platform to accelerate smart factory transformation

Hitachi Digital Services has launched a Manufacturing Operations Management platform to strengthen integration between operational and information technology systems. The platform aims to transform discrete manufacturing sites into smart factories and expand Hitachi's HMAX Industry solutions portfolio. Built on open, modular architecture, the MOM platform delivers real-time traceability from design through manufacturing, enables data-driven decision-making, and supports scalable workflows. The technology has been refined across over 100 manufacturing sites and will initially power Hitachi Group factories through a "Customer Zero" approach. The platform targets asset-heavy sectors including energy, high tech, manufacturing and transportation. Hitachi plans to integrate the MOM capabilities with advanced AI to address Industry 5.0 challenges such as scalability and supply chain integration.
