Responsibilities
  • Deliver a warm, professional welcome to tenants and visitors
  • Manage reception operations, visitor access, and a secure, polished front of house environment
  • Build strong relationships with tenants and support them with day to day queries
  • Oversee the daily running of a multi tenanted office building
  • Conduct daily building inspections, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards are met
  • Work closely with the Regional Facilities Manager to maintain high operational performance
  • Manage contractor attendance, ensuring permits, RAMS, and compliance are in place
  • Track maintenance issues through the helpdesk/CAFM system and ensure timely resolution
  • Sign off completed works and monitor contractor performance
  • Oversee access control systems and issue access cards
  • Monitor CCTV functionality and report concerns
  • Act as Fire Coordinator during evacuations and support fire alarm testing
  • Maintain health & safety documentation and report hazards or incidents
  • Keep accurate records of building activity, maintenance, and contractor visits
  • Support reporting requirements for the Regional Facilities Manager
