Requirements
  • BA/BS degree
  • 3-5 years experience in marketing, communications, or related field (regional or field marketing experience a plus)
  • Experience working with or directly supporting a sales team is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
  • Self-starter, detail-oriented, deadline-oriented, organized, resourceful, and have the ability to coordinate projects from start to finish
  • Ability to think critically, do research, be resourceful, and solve problems
  • Knowledge of, or an interest in, education/EdTech and can learn about the industry quickly
Responsibilities
  • Assist with researching, developing, and executing marketing programs that are aligned with sales goals and initiatives in the region to attract new customers
  • Build an ongoing partnership with sales leaders to understand educator needs
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide strategic regional marketing resources
  • Contribute to a wide range of marketing campaigns by writing copy and working cross-functionally on design and execution with different marketing stakeholders
  • Act as the liaison with the email marketing team to ensure all outbound email deliverables are submitted and created on time
  • Partner with the events team to manage logistics for marketing and sales events including pre/post event outreach, ensuring leads are being tracked internally, and the sales team has the proper tools for following up with contacts
  • Maintain an active pulse on market trends in the region and share out regularly with marketing and sales
