Requirements
  • At least 7 years of Public Relations, Media Relations, or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination of these.
  • Demonstrated ability to advise senior leaders and develop communications in a highly regulated financial-services environment.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders by delivering messaging that drives clarity, alignment, and engagement at scale.
  • Develop communication strategies supporting talent, technology, operations, and risk and controls.
  • Develop executive communications, including town halls, emails, and leadership forums, aligned with business priorities.
  • Translate enterprise and Corporate and Investment Banking priorities into actionable messaging for global audiences.
  • Manage end-to-end channel strategy and sequencing across global, multichannel environments.
  • Create content supporting talent programs, systems enhancements, and regulatory change initiatives.
  • Advise on high-impact or sensitive communications tied to employee, operational, and risk impacts.
  • Partner with business, technology, and risk teams to align messaging with priorities.
  • Measure effectiveness using engagement metrics and feedback to continuously improve outcomes.
  • Contribute to cross-Corporate and Investment Banking and enterprise-wide communication initiatives.
  • Follow applicable risk programs, Wells Fargo policies and procedures, risk and compliance obligations, and escalation and remediation requirements.

Swift Current Energy secures $750M credit facility to accelerate US clean energy development

Swift Current Energy has secured a $750 million corporate credit facility, with an option to expand by $250 million to reach $1 billion in total capacity. The facility will support the development of clean energy projects across the United States. Crédit Agricole CIB served as administrative agent and coordinating lead arranger alongside ING Capital and Truist Securities. The dual-tranche facility has a three-year term and provides flexible access to cash and letter of credit capacity. Since its founding in 2016, Swift Current has commercialised 5 gigawatts of clean energy projects, owns and operates more than 1 gigawatt, and has over 10 gigawatts in development. Chief executive officer Michael Arndt said the financing provides flexibility to advance the company's platform and bring new energy resources online efficiently.

Charles Schwab completes $2.6B debt offering with fixed-to-floating rate senior notes

Charles Schwab Corporation has completed a $2.6 billion debt offering, issuing two tranches of fixed-to-floating rate senior notes. The company sold $1.25 billion of 5.108% notes due 2032 and $1.35 billion of 5.655% notes due 2037. The offering was led by BofA Securities, Citigroup Global Markets, Morgan Stanley, TD Securities and Wells Fargo Securities as joint bookrunning managers. Charles Schwab is a savings and loan holding company that provides wealth management, securities brokerage, banking, asset management and financial advisory services through its subsidiaries. The firm serves individual investors and independent investment advisors. Simpson Thacher represented the underwriters in the transaction, with a team led by Roxane Reardon.
