Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience building and operating production platform infrastructure, while noting that strong candidates with less experience may be considered.
  • Hands-on experience operating production Kubernetes end to end, including cluster lifecycle, autoscaling, ingress, workload identity, secrets delivery, and hardening; experience with Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience owning infrastructure as code in Terraform at scale, including module design, state layout across multiple environments, and provider upgrades.
  • Experience building or substantially rebuilding a continuous integration and continuous delivery system, such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Argo, or Jenkins, with clear positions on artifact immutability, build-once and promote-everywhere delivery, and thin application pipelines.
  • Experience running self-hosted GitHub Actions runners at scale.
  • Hands-on depth in Amazon Web Services, including Identity and Access Management, Virtual Private Cloud networking and Domain Name System, secrets management, container registries, and managed compute.
  • Hands-on experience with Helm at scale, including shared chart libraries, templating boundaries, and per-environment configuration, alongside GitOps or push-based deployment workflows.
  • Experience building the developer-facing side of a platform, including service templates, golden paths, self-service tooling, and documentation.
  • Hands-on experience implementing observability, including structured logging, metrics, and distributed tracing, with correlation across service boundaries.
  • Practical security experience in a regulated or security-sensitive environment, including least-privilege Identity and Access Management, secrets hygiene, network isolation, image provenance and scanning, and rigorous protected health information and personally identifiable information handling.
  • Experience supporting data workloads on Kubernetes, such as Spark, Kafka, Airflow, or Dagster.
  • Demonstrated cloud cost ownership, including tagging and allocation, right-sizing, and measurable spend reduction without degrading reliability.
  • A track record of writing and shipping production code, with working fluency in at least one backend language such as Python, Go, or C#/.NET and comfort in the shell.
  • Experience mentoring engineers on infrastructure, deployment, and platform thinking, and setting standards that a team can extend safely.
  • Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team with multiple responsibilities.
Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain a Terraform monorepo across development, quality assurance, staging, and production, covering Kubernetes clusters, networking, Identity and Access Management, and per-application platform stacks.
  • Operate Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service clusters end to end, including node lifecycle, autoscaling, ingress, workload identity, secrets delivery, cluster security, hardening, and isolation.
  • Build push-based continuous integration and continuous delivery on self-hosted GitHub Actions runners, using build-once, promote-everywhere artifact immutability across environments.
  • Enforce a promotion flow in which no environment is skipped and production always mirrors a released artifact.
  • Maintain a shared Helm chart library and per-service charts for backend services, frontend services, and scheduled jobs.
  • Build golden paths so new services reach production with logging, metrics, secrets, identity, and a deployment pipeline already integrated.
  • Set least-privilege Identity and Access Management, secrets management, network boundaries, image provenance, and production guardrails, making controls automatic and auditable.
  • Establish tagging and allocation that show the cost of each service and environment, right-size compute, and keep cloud spending predictable as traffic, data, and model inference grow.
  • Establish structured logging, metrics, tracing, and correlation across service hops as default platform capabilities, with telemetry contracts maintained as published, versioned schemas.
  • Define platform conventions for tagging, naming, Domain Name System, versioning, and security posture, and document the reasoning behind them.
  • Review infrastructure and deployment changes, mentor engineers, and make the platform extensible by the team.
  • Partner with application, data, and artificial intelligence teams so the platform fits how their services run and the environments through which they promote deployments.
  • Write Terraform and Helm, shape continuous integration and continuous delivery, harden clusters, and set engineering standards for production systems.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefits, or another regulated data environment.
  • Direct experience preparing infrastructure evidence for Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, Service Organization Control 2, or comparable audits.
  • Experience standing up platforms from scratch in a greenfield environment rather than only extending or migrating existing systems.
  • Experience supporting latency-sensitive or high-throughput services, including workloads that call large language models, with attention to cost and latency.
  • Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service experience is preferred.

RxUtility and RxSense Partner to simplify access to prescription savings.

RxUtility and RxSense Partner to simplify access to prescription savings. NASHVILLE, TN, UNITED STATES, May 20, 2026 / EINPresswire.com / - RxUtility, the real-time medication affordability platform, and RxSense, a healthcare technology company delivering pharmacy benefit solutions that improve affordability and access, today announced a new partnership to help patients more easily find and access the lowest available price for their medications. Savings opportunities exist across insurance, cash pay, manufacturer programs, and discount cards, but they are fragmented, difficult to access, and rarely visible in one place. According to the Kaiser Family Foundation, 6 in 10 U.S. adults are concerned about affording their prescription medications, and demand for pricing transparency continues to grow. "People assume they're seeing the best price for their medication. Most of the time, they're not," said Miriam Paramore, Founder and CEO of RxUtility. "Savings are scattered across different programs, and they're not designed to show up when people actually need them. This partnership brings those options together in one place, so people can make a clear, informed choice. RxSense expands the depth of options in our platform, and together we share a mission to improve choice, transparency, and control for people." Through this partnership, RxSense will bring a scalable, API-driven platform that enables real-time access to prescription pricing and savings through a single integration, allowing RxUtility to incorporate pricing and pharmacy networks from RxSense's proprietary discount card brands, including SingleCare and Paramount Rx, into its workflows. Together, the companies deliver a more unified solution that improves price transparency and expands access to savings, making it easier for people to choose the lowest-cost option within a single workflow. For RxUtility, RxSense fills a key gap: a network layer that expands reach across payers, employers, and pharmacy partners. "Patients deserve to know they're getting the best price on their prescriptions, every time," said John Zevzavadjian, President of Enterprise and Partner Solutions at RxSense. "By combining RxUtility's workflow with RxSense's pricing infrastructure and savings networks, we're making that a reality. This partnership closes the gap between what patients pay and what they could pay, and that's exactly the kind of progress we're here to drive." About RxUtility RxUtility provides AI-native technology purpose-built to make medications affordable for consumers. RxUtility is the only company to connect providers, pharmacists, employers, payers and digital health partners with real-time access to all medication prices through its affordability platform. By embedding prescription affordability and transparency in these tech workflows, RxUtility reduces patient payment confusion, drives medication adherence and ensures equitable access to prescription drugs.
