  • BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or equivalent preferred
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
  • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
  • Experience with ticketing and tracking applications (Zendesk, JIRA, etc…) preferred
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies preferred
  • Experience with project management preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
Responsibilities
  • Influence the product strategy and roadmap; maintain respective product delivery roadmap
  • Gather, document and refine requirements for the product features; aggregate and enrich feature requests into viable requirements
  • Translate product strategy and feature requests into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Research product market and interview SMEs to gather insights and draft product roadmap collateral with acquired data
  • Draft and deliver Market Requirements Documents (MRDs) clearly articulating a focused definition of the target market, buyer/user profiles and any potential issues
  • Draft and deliver Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) with prioritized features and corresponding justification to provide the level of detail needed for the research & development team to understand the capabilities, functionality, and features that are required to address the market needs identified in the MRD
  • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
  • Help run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
  • Be a subject matter expert with respect to competing product features
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for assigned product features
  • Communicate details about product to areas of the organization such as Sales and Support
  • Ensure proper/desirable operation of product
  • Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
  • Ensure new products or enhancements to existing product offerings support the company's overall strategy and goals
