Responsibilities
  • Become a Wellhub expert, deeply understanding its market position and value proposition, supported by impactful case studies.
  • Develop and implement a proactive strategy for sourcing new opportunities, and actively building your top-of-funnel leads.
  • Partner closely with your Sales Development Representative to prioritize accounts, align on outreach strategies, and share valuable sales expertise.
  • Represent Wellhub at industry events, expanding your professional connections within the HR and Reward community.
  • Take ownership of your pipeline of opportunities, demonstrating the initiative and expertise expected of a seasoned sales professional. Utilize the MEDDPICC sales methodology to drive progress.
  • Leverage internal resources and develop tailored content that resonates with prospects and addresses their specific needs and concerns.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and comprehensive business cases for high-value deals.
  • Effectively coordinate with internal stakeholders, leveraging resources to close deals and ensure successful client onboarding.
