  • Identify and secure sales opportunities within Dematic’s Customer Service core competency within with UK and ROI Market:
  • PO and FO contracts renewals
  • Recommended Spares Packages
  • MU projects opportunities
  • Support BS sales managers on new customer PO and FO contracts enquiries
  • Training courses
  • Own the opportunity from lead identification through proposal submission and final negotiation with the client
  • Ensure that all proposals are developed and submitted in line with the Dematic NE Business Winning process
  • Support MU proposalteam and PO/FO team with their leads in advisory and \ or subject matter expert capacities
  • Build targeted pipeline of opportunities aligned to CS business strategy
  • Establish contact with existing and new customers to build long term relationships
  • Implement a successful win/bid strategy for each project opportunity
  • Maintain and develop existing customer base, ensuring regular stakeholder engagement, maximising future opportunities
  • Maintain/improve win rate target
  • Submit win/loss analysis for every opportunity
  • Fully utilise company’s CRM tool in line with best practice
  • Collaborative approach involving close interaction with the BS sales managers and marketing teams
