JOB DESCRIPTION : 

We are looking for several Consultants with Guidewire expertise to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for our customers in the insurance sector.

As a Guidewire expert, you will be responsible for implementing, optimizing and supporting Guidewire solutions (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) within various projects. You will collaborate with technical and functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure seamless integration into existing systems. 

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Analyze and understand customers’ functional requirements for Guidewire projects.
• Implement and customize Guidewire modules (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) according to project specifications.
• Participate in the configuration of workflows and the integration of business processes into the Guidewire platform.
• Ensure data migration and integration with other systems.
• Carry out tests and debug solutions to guarantee application quality and performance.
• Work closely with functional teams, technical architects and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Provide level 3 technical support and accompany the skills development of internal teams or customers.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 

• Proven expertise in the Guidewire platform (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter.....).
• Proficiency in Guidewire development languages (GOSU, Java).
• Experience in integrating Guidewire with other systems (APIs, web services, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of business processes in the insurance sector (policy management, claims management, billing).
• Solid experience in analyzing functional requirements and writing technical specifications.
• Excellent technical problem-solving and software quality management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a project environment.
• Good written and oral communication skills (French and English).
• Degree in computer science, engineering or similar field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Guidewire projects.
• Experience with other insurance management tools is a plus.
• Experience in an agile environment is a plus.
