Oklahoma Chiller Named a 2025 Top Workplace by The Oklahoman

Oklahoma Chiller named a 2025 Top workplace by the oklahoman. This recognition reflects more than workplace satisfaction. It affirms its commitment to people, purpose, and building something that matters - not just for today, but for generations to come in the skilled trades. A recognition powered by its people. The Top Workplaces award is determined solely by employee feedback collected through a confidential third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The survey measures key elements of the employee experience, including feeling respected and supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute. "Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees," said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage. "That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure employees have a voice and feel heard. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends." For Okchiller, that validation coming directly from its team makes this recognition especially meaningful. More than HVAC. While HVAC and mechanical services are its business, they are not its identity. At Oklahoma Chiller, Okchiller exist to build relationships, serve people, and transform lives. Its Kingdom purpose and core values guide how Okchiller lead, how Okchiller support one another, and how Okchiller serve its customers and communities. Technical excellence matters - but who Okchiller is and how Okchiller show up matters even more. This people-first mindset shapes everything from leadership development and mentorship to how Okchiller approach teamwork, accountability, and long-term growth. Raising the standard for the skilled trades. This recognition also carries weight beyond its company. Across the country, the skilled trades face a growing workforce gap. Okchiller believe the solution isn't just recruiting - it's culture. When people feel valued, challenged, and supported, the trades become a destination, not a fallback. This award reinforces its belief that skilled trade careers can offer purpose, stability, growth, and meaningful impact for individuals and families alike. By investing in its people, Okchiller aim to help elevate the perception - and the future - of the skilled trades for generations to come. A culture built for the long term. Being named a Top workplace is not a finish line. It's a responsibility. Okchiller remain committed to developing people at every stage of their career, living out its values with consistency, and building a workplace where excellence and purpose go hand in hand. This honor belongs to its team. Their honesty, engagement, and commitment made it possible - and Okchiller is grateful to serve alongside them as Okchiller continue building something that lasts.
