Our 2023 Summer Internship program is a wonderful opportunity for rising 2024 graduates to immerse themselves in an innovative and mission driven culture. Our 10 week paid internship program will provide you with hands on mentorship, an opportunity to add real contribution to our company via your internship project, and a possible job offer at the end. The summer intern will be assigned an engineering mentor and will help to directly support ongoing manufacturing activities from a process and quality perspective. You will identify issues that impact efficiency, cycle time, safety or quality; develop creative solutions; and implement solutions. This position will work directly in the production environment and also work behind the scenes analyzing manufacturing data for trends. 

Projects will include: identifying automated IT solutions, automation, time studies, physical factory layouts, optimal workbench layout, improving work instructions, creating jigs/fixtures, standardization, or improving the assembly process.

Salary Range:  Base + Bonus + Benefits + Equity (if applicable)

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location. Information on the benefits offered is here. All offers are contingent on a cleared background check.

Location guidelines-

Onsite = 5 days/week

Hybrid = Several days in the office

Remote = Remote but able to come to the office as requested for business needs
