We have partnered with a nonprofit organization to identify their next Director of Finance.

Responsibilities:

Builds and maintains financial models to manage annual operating budget, informing business operations and leadership decisions.

Performs monthly budget-to-actuals analysis for entire organization

Works collaboratively across units and leaders inside department, coordinating for achieving optimal financial results.

Designs and executes treasury management strategy

Guides organization to ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, procedures, and processes

Directs and oversees the implementation of the budget development procedure

Designs internal audit process and oversees annual audit

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university is required

MBA strongly preferred
