  • Associate's Degree or 4+ years healthcare revenue cycle / billing operations
  • Familiar with laboratory billing, EDI enrollment, payer portals, Quadax a plus
  • Proficient in Excel
Responsibilities
  • Monitor worklists for prior authorization, denials, and appeals in Tempus' billing system
  • Engage in monitoring and improving revenue cycle management (RCM) KPIs
  • Support prior authorization and appeals operational process as needed
  • Ad hoc requests and special projects as needed
