Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and other relevant UX/UI software.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct user surveys and produce data in professional presentation mediums.
  • Conduct human-centered design interviews of both internal and external Platform One stakeholders to ensure CSAT and NPS scoring improvements.
  • Support user-facing design strategy sessions utilizing collected data and surveys.
  • Conduct design and ideation sessions with multiple personas and stakeholders to ensure the full capture of customer experiences.
  • Work closely with other team members to integrate UX design into service delivery, user experience, marketing, customer success, and leadership.
