Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Competence working on a computer and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite are required.
  • Familiarity with data systems and the ability to input and retrieve data are required.
  • The ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers and coworkers through verbal and written communication is required.
  • The ability to prioritize, delegate, manage, and accomplish multiple tasks is required.

Responsibilities
  • Establish leadership by supporting teams, developing culture, coaching employees, and conducting ongoing performance management.
  • Work with site sales associates, the Regional Sales Manager, and corporate teams to drive sales, monitor sales associate performance, and increase market share.
  • Attend monthly teleconferences or videoconferences with Regional Managers and Executive Level Managers to provide site reports and pertinent updates.
  • Review individual site performance monthly and annually.
  • Facilitate team reviews, quality control and quality assurance activities, and follow-up training.
  • Oversee the coordination, setup, and cleanup of educational classes.
  • Maintain inventory practices that result in inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure that monthly cycle counts are completed.
  • Oversee incoming freight receiving and ensure products are properly received into the Eclipse enterprise resource planning system.
  • Supervise the loading and manifesting of delivery trucks.
  • Provide a clean and safe work environment that promotes productive employees.
Desired Qualifications
  • A college degree is a bonus.
  • Experience working in Eclipse Epicor enterprise resource planning is a bonus.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a bonus.

Aramsco Inc. signed a 117,000-squre-foot lease at one building within Greek Real Estate Partners and Advance Realty Investors‘ seven-building, 3.2 million-square-foot industrial development complex in Logan Township.Located at 301 Crossroads Blvd. at Logan North, Aramsco, a distributor of products and services for various industries such as restoration, remediation, cleaning and facility maintenance, took 117,000 square feet of space inside the 274,524-square-foot building, which features 40-foot clear height; 42 dock doors; two drive-in doors; 188 parking spaces; 58 trailer parking spaces; and built-to-suit office space.Logan North stretches more than a mile of frontage along Route 322 to the east, and Interstate 295 to the south, offering superior access to major transportation infrastructure and the nation’s largest consumer base.
