Requirements
  • At least 4 years of customer service experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • At least 3 years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners.
  • At least 3 years of experience recommending products and services.
  • Ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays.
  • FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses or recognized equivalents must be active or completed within the designated timeframe; the Securities Industry Essentials exam is also required for FINRA qualifications earned after September 30, 2018.
  • FINRA Series 65 or an equivalent examination is required within the specified period for applicable states.
  • Required FINRA licenses must be obtained and maintained for continued employment.
  • Ability to meet enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards.
  • SAFE registration is required at the time of employment.
  • Loan Originators must meet Loan Originator and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau requirements and Wells Fargo policies concerning financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background.
  • State insurance licenses must be active or completed within the designated timeframe.
Responsibilities
  • Proactively acquire new affluent consumer and business customers while deepening existing relationships through strategic outreach, referrals, and pre-planned customer appointments.
  • Lead discovery-driven conversations to understand customer goals and deliver tailored banking and credit strategies across deposits, lending, and investments.
  • Serve as the primary financial partner by delivering comprehensive, multi-product guidance and ongoing reviews across customers’ life stages and evolving financial needs.
  • Coordinate warm introductions with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking partners and take ownership of converting qualified opportunities into closed outcomes.
  • Educate customers about self-service and mobile banking options to increase digital adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and service efficiency.
  • Advise branch colleagues on relationship development and management of complex client needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, exercise sound judgment, escalate issues promptly, and adhere to policies and regulations to support risk and control outcomes.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience recommending financial products and translating customer goals into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to proactively source, acquire, and deepen relationships through outreach and strong internal partnerships.
  • Experience managing a book of business, documenting planning conversations, and following through to drive retention and growth across deposits, lending, and investments.
  • Experience coaching or supporting peers to strengthen team performance and customer impact.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently, listen with empathy, and build credibility and trust quickly with others.
  • Financial services industry experience in consumer banking, home lending, business banking, or investments.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a licensed financial services position.
  • Successful completion of FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 exams or FINRA-recognized equivalents sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration.
  • State insurance licenses.

Swift Current Energy secures $750M credit facility to accelerate US clean energy development

Swift Current Energy has secured a $750 million corporate credit facility, with an option to expand by $250 million to reach $1 billion in total capacity. The facility will support the development of clean energy projects across the United States. Crédit Agricole CIB served as administrative agent and coordinating lead arranger alongside ING Capital and Truist Securities. The dual-tranche facility has a three-year term and provides flexible access to cash and letter of credit capacity. Since its founding in 2016, Swift Current has commercialised 5 gigawatts of clean energy projects, owns and operates more than 1 gigawatt, and has over 10 gigawatts in development. Chief executive officer Michael Arndt said the financing provides flexibility to advance the company's platform and bring new energy resources online efficiently.

Charles Schwab completes $2.6B debt offering with fixed-to-floating rate senior notes

Charles Schwab Corporation has completed a $2.6 billion debt offering, issuing two tranches of fixed-to-floating rate senior notes. The company sold $1.25 billion of 5.108% notes due 2032 and $1.35 billion of 5.655% notes due 2037. The offering was led by BofA Securities, Citigroup Global Markets, Morgan Stanley, TD Securities and Wells Fargo Securities as joint bookrunning managers. Charles Schwab is a savings and loan holding company that provides wealth management, securities brokerage, banking, asset management and financial advisory services through its subsidiaries. The firm serves individual investors and independent investment advisors. Simpson Thacher represented the underwriters in the transaction, with a team led by Roxane Reardon.
