Requirements
  • 3–7 years of experience in customer success, account management, customer success operations, sales, or lifecycle/growth, including experience managing a high-volume portfolio.
  • Experience building scaled or digital customer success programs from scratch, or serving as one of the first hires in a scaled customer success role.
  • Technical fluency and self-sufficiency with product analytics, usage data, AI tools, and AI-enabled tooling.
  • Hands-on experience with modern go-to-market and support tools, including Pylon, Hex, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Claude.
  • Experience in Series A, B, or C companies or fast-paced Software as a Service environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Own adoption, retention, and expansion outcomes across a portfolio of 100–200+ Scaled accounts from onboarding through renewal.
  • Maintain usage and adoption in a lower-touch model by leveraging programs, automation, and self-service before scheduling individual meetings.
  • Monitor account health and usage signals to identify risk and expansion opportunities early, and prioritize direct intervention where it can affect outcomes.
  • Run renewals across actively managed and auto-renewing accounts in partnership with the broader Customer Success team.
  • Build and run one-to-many programs, including onboarding cohorts, office hours, webinars, in-product guidance, documentation, and templated success plans.
  • Develop the account health tracking methodology, including relevant signals, weighting, action triggers, and predictive-scoring validation.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Engineering to build scaled Customer Success infrastructure, including usage instrumentation, alerting, lifecycle triggers, and automated follow-up.
  • Design the operating cadence for the Scaled segment, including regular communications, issue routing with Product Support, and escalation processes.
  • Build reporting in Hex and other AI tools to provide visibility into Scaled segment health, adoption, and retention.
  • Translate portfolio-wide patterns into prioritized input for Product.
