Requirements
- 2+ years of related professional experience. Sales, finance or operations preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or similar
- Proficient with Salesforce or other CRM
- Proficient with Odoo or other ERP system
- Experience with CRM and/or ERP software customizations is a plus
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Must be self-directed while holding excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team
- People Management experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Support critical sales systems such as metrics, reporting and Order to Cash (OTC)
- Responsible for gathering and processing sales dataCRM data entry and management
- Facilitate the continuous improvement of CRM processes and tools
- Management of the Sales Operations Team
- Develop and monitor dashboards for trend analysis
- Assist with invoicing and billing related to sales. Review orders for accuracy and complete details
- Collaborate with the sales team on order issues and follow-ups
- Communicating and facilitating requests from field sales team
- Assist in responding to customer requests for proposals (RFPs) as required. Support the creation of accurate quotations and proposals
- Partner with the marketing team on tradeshows, conferences and customer events
- Support sales onboarding and training
