Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with 6 months’ relevant experience. 4 years’ experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple administrative projects and initiatives.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance.
Responsibilities
  • Managing and maintaining detailed travel schedules for our OCONUS team
  • Reporting to Senior Management with travel, expense and schedule related status and reports
  • Conduct trend analysis and report data, e.g. manning shortfalls and requirements and forecast manning impacts to scheduled operations
  • Collect data from multiple sources, perform collation, maintain multiple spreadsheets and apply data to weekly, monthly and required products
  • Coordinate and plan for employees to meet immigration requirements
  • Interface with all layers of functional and program management and vendors
  • Review expense reports for accuracy and completeness
Desired Qualifications
  • Highly skilled with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
  • Experience and proficiency with Concur (or similar) travel and expense reporting system
  • Experience and proficiency with iTRIP travel reporting system
  • Active or current Secret clearance
